Working Principle 
Laser generation and transmission: The core component of the laser pipe cutting machine is a laser, common CO2 laser and fiber laser. After the material inside the laser is excited by electric energy, the photon is generated and continuously amplified by the mirror of the resonator, and finally the high energy and high density laser beam is formed. The resulting laser beam is transmitted to the cutting head through an optical system such as an optical fiber or lens set.
Focusing and cutting: The high-precision lens system and mirrors in the cutting head focus the laser beam on a very small spot on the surface of the tube, so that the material quickly melts, vaporizes or reaches the ignition point. At the same time, the high-speed air flow (such as nitrogen, oxygen, etc.) coaxial with the beam blows away the molten material, so as to achieve the cutting of the pipe.
Control system and operation: The control system consists of computer software and motion controllers. The computer software is responsible for designing and editing the cutting graphics and converting them into instructions for laser cutting. The motion controller controls the movement of the laser head on the tube to achieve a predetermined cutting path and speed.
