3、 Heat prevention and heat removal
An increase in temperature will lead to a decrease in the insulation performance of the equipment and a deterioration in the parameters of the components. Usually, it is specified that the working environment of the cutting machine should not exceed 40 ℃, with a temperature range of 20-25 ℃ being appropriate.
4、 Precautions during daily maintenance
1. The installation fulcrum of the laser tube in the laser cutting machine should be reasonable
2. The suction device should be inspected and cleaned on schedule
3. The power of the power grid needs to match the equipment itself;
4. The working current of the laser tube needs to be reasonable, and it cannot be operated at full power for a long time
5. Clean the dirt and dust on the machine body, cutting head, sensors and other components in a timely manner to maintain a clean appearance of the machine tool;
6. Flammable materials (such as gloves and rags) inside the machine tool should be cleaned in a timely manner to prevent fires during cutting;
7. The iron slag on the hopper waste truck should be cleaned in a timely manner to ensure that the cutting waste can fall smoothly;
8. Before starting the machine every day, it is necessary to carefully check the pressure of the working gas and whether the pressure reducing valve is working properly to avoid insufficient air pressure, which may affect the quality of the cutting section;
9. Before use, the connection of each gas pipe of the cutting head should be checked to determine whether there is any leakage of cooling water, in order to ensure the normal supply of gas and cooling water;
