Maintenance Manual for Laser Cutting Machine Equipment

How to maintain a laser cutting machine in daily work? How can we extend the service life of laser cutting machines and better save production costs? We can classify according to regular maintenance intervals
1、 Daily maintenance requires attention to the following aspects:
1. Clean the cutting head and nozzle
2. Confirmation of returning to the reference origin
3. Regularly check the coaxiality between the nozzle and the laser (optical center)
4. Check if the cutting air pressure is normal
5. Check the air supply system for leaks and pressure
6. Check the filtration and drainage of air at all levels
7. Check if there is any leakage in the waterway
8. The air storage tank needs to be drained every day
9. Check whether the equipment has accumulated dust
2、 Weekly maintenance, attention should be paid to:
1. Clean the X and Y axis rack guide rails
2. Check the tightness of the exchange workbench chain
3. Check if there is any water in the filter that has not been drained
4. Check the proximity switch and bracket collision block of the exchange workbench
5. Check if there are any foreign objects on the surface of each proximity switch
6. Cleaning and troubleshooting the car
7. Clean foreign objects on the exchange workbench guide rail and machine tool
8. Check the operation panel buttons and emergency stop buttons
3、 Monthly maintenance, please note:
1. Lubricating the rack
2. Check whether all components in the electrical cabinet are working properly and clean dust
3. Check if the connectors of the cutting head are loose
4. Clean the dust accumulation on the CNC control unit
5. Check if the motor shaft cable plug is loose and clean
6. Check if the X and Y axis rack surfaces are clean
7. Check if the air compressor is working properly
8. Check if the chiller needs to be replaced
